Since 2006 Blog Radio Radio has been a leader in helping independent, and established internet broadcasters, easily create shows. Blog Talk Radio (BTR) has everything from established broadcasters, to moms providing information on parenthood.  BTR has seen great success over the past few years due to the user friendly service it provides. Despite the simplicity of its service, some podcasters have stayed away from using Blog Talk Radio due to its low audio quality, but that's about to change.

Dave Jackson, from 'The School of Podcasting', posted some very interesting information on the IAIB forum regarding some exciting changes that are headed to BTR users soon.  Many improvements were mentioned, but the most critical of those is higher audio quality. Blog Talk Radio will soon be broadcasting at 128kbps, which could be a game changer for podcasters looking to get an all in one solution for their content.  Blog Talk Radio allows its users to broadcast live, take phone calls and host their podcasts all at one place. Podcasting is a steadily growing field, its great to see Blog Talk Radio taking the necessary steps to grow with the community.

What do you think of the changes coming to Blog Talk Radio? Would you consider broadcasting on the service once higher audio quality is implemented? Let us know on the IAIB Forum
